Why were Edna Lister’s sermons so wonderful? How did they manage to leave such an indelible mark on those who heard them? She ascended to heights of such joy that her message was undiluted, straight from the Source. Often shocking in their richness and simplicity, we may best savor these sermons and outlines slowly and when read aloud. We offer this collection of Edna Lister’s sermons and outlines in response to her students’ requests for more Bible interpretation. We have based this collection of sermons and Bible interpretation on the written outlines Edna Lister created, and on transcripts of her students’ notes wherever possible. We have separated her outlines from the sermons and lectures that she delivered, placing them first on a given date, since in many cases they are so different. Her outlines may seem "sparse," but imagine what that sermon or lecture really was. Ponder it in the Silence, and you may "tune in" the living record in Divine Mind. Her students’ notes are of inestimable value in publishing her work, since none of her sermons or lectures were recorded.
