Light can move through a situation only when you say, "This is Good! Let there be Light!" Then time and space meet as the Eternal now. Only under Light can you discriminate between Oversoul guidance and the use of force under self-will. There is no self in soul. You cannot have it both ways. You can choose to have your credits on the inner or the outer, but never in both places at once.

Oversoul Guidance

Self-Will

Oversoul guidance is restful and quiet.

Self-will is urgent and boisterous.

Oversoul guidance waits for the right time and is leisurely.

Self-will is insistent and forceful.

Oversoul guidance unites people.

Self-will divides people.

Oversoul guidance cleans up one’s own sins.

Self-will spotlights another’s sins.

Oversoul guidance always gives God the outer credit and the glory.

Self-will takes outer credit.

Oversoul guidance is out for obedience.

Self-will is out for sex, success and security.

Oversoul guidance accepts the Cross of Christ in daily life.

Self-will creates crosses for self and others.

Oversoul guidance brings freedom.

Self-will creates frustration.

Oversoul guidance leads to action.

Self-will leaves you complacent and unreal.

Oversoul guidance makes you live in the peace of the Presence of God.

Self-will makes you wallow in your own self-righteousness and self-pity.

Oversoul guidance begins with, "I don’t know anything, but God does, and He will tell me what He wants me to know."

Self-will says, "I know. You don’t. I’ll tell you what you are to do, and what I am going to do."

Oversoul Guidance requires rigid discipline of self that is not cruelty or fasting until you’ve starved, but is balance under God.

Self-will gives the subsoul unbridled freedom to act the part of the egoic soul, the conscious mind.
