Two "seeds of life" form and ripen in the desire body solar plexus once a lunar month. Etheric currents, as the White Light of the Christ within the three higher breaths, enter the crown of the head, and magnetic currents of earth ascend through the feet to animate these seeds of life under Ascension and Soul Conquering. The meeting and mingling of etheric and magnetic currents cause an explosion of Light that stimulates the seeds into responding, and causes them to grow.

One seed ascends to the Higher Creative Center and through the nerves of the head to water the Garden of Eden. The other seed descends to the lower creative center at the sacrum plexus to gestate and create form. If we are filled with anger, hatred, resentment, opinions or prejudice, we cannot water our Garden of Eden, but spend that seed of life as force on negative things. Only Surrender and Love cause these seeds to grow.

A child can come to apparently unsuitable parents, perhaps they are illiterate, and still be a genius, if the mother loves enough. When the seed of life descends, it covers the mother cell, or ovum, and the soul of a genius can descend.

When two mature, highly-developed individuals plan for a child, the Heavenly Councils can see the parents’ "lights and colors" of their auras, and cause the parent cells to be impregnated with the seeds of life. Such parents always invite an "old soul" to them. (This explanation of the seeds of life began with a discussion of a scientific report of "rays of stardust" radiating from two galaxies that intersected in the past. Scientists believe that an explosion, like the explosion caused by the meeting of magnetic and etheric currents in the solar plexus, caused the rays of stardust where they crossed.)

Only personalities can misuse Principle as Mind, Substance and Power. Only personalities can redeem misused Substance, integrate fragmented Mind and take back the force of misused Power. Twelve dark planets within the Zodiacal Belt’s etheric currents, a five-degree band of the 3rd Cosmic Magnitude from earth, contain earth’s hardened "darkness." The Lords of Karma formed these dark planets from earth’s force and misused Substance. They pour out this "wrath of God" Substance onto earth every two hours.

The Fathers above held Jesus’ magnetic body together until the spear pierced his side and drained the remains of his earthly bloodstream. When he said, "Father, into Your hands I commend my spirit," Power exploded the Substance that filled his aura and created the planets’ Oversouls. The planets’ souls, named for the tribes of Israel, were outside the Gates of Light for ages. Now they are under [inside] the gates and the planetary Oversouls o’ershadow them, just as they did originally. These Oversouls send Power to one place in a crisis, such as a hurricane. When we pray, the winds of the storm lift and carry the force upward for cleansing and purification.

God is both Personality and Principle. We have nothing on the outer that doesn’t exist at the Source. If God had no Personality at the Source, we couldn’t have personality here.

"I saw a great White Throne and Him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the Heaven fled away" describes God as a great Father who had form, though not physical form as we know it. It does not mention the Mother because her parts are hidden. Jesus called her the "Queen of the South" in Matthew 12:42 and Luke 11:31, misinterpreted as the Queen of Sheba.

Jesus mentioned his Father sixteen times in one chapter of Mark, which is the basis for worshiping the Father as Principle under philosophy. Principle comes under the Father’s Wisdom Ray, but we cannot understand it without applying Personality under the Mother’s Love Ray.

"Before the Beginning, I am." Picture billions of galaxies confined within the Universal Source, just lifesparks whirling with no external vibration. Perfectly still, we call them the endless "Void of Light" because they whirled within themselves, without apparent outward motion. God took Form at the center. We can envision this only with the inward, mystic eye.

God breathed the universal lifesparks until He created a spherical Source that became a great universe. After aeons, when the Source-Sphere became large enough and filled with enough universal lifesparks, condensed to the right level of vibration, God emanated Substance in rhythmic waves that rotated clockwise.

This Emanation of lifesparks flowed like a river and traveled as far as the planned Power propelled it, where it whirled until it formed a magnetic wall. When this Emanation of Substance as Wisdom began its return journey to the Source, He sent forth another Emanation of Substance as Love, and they intersected at the center of the newly formed universe.

The first Emanation is Wisdom, the masculine Father-God Principle of all the Mind that thinks and plans the molds for all expression through form. Mind builds form.

The second Emanation is Love, the feminine Mother-God Principle of all the Love Substance that nourishes and sustains the molds formed by Mind. Love fills Form. Love is also the devouring indigo blue Death Ray, without which we couldn’t dissolve old, useless forms or be healed of growths, lumps or tumors.

When Love returned to the Source-Sphere, Love and Wisdom whirled together, creating a dual Son vibration. The third Emanation is the Logos, the Son-God Principle of Power and Selflessness, called Joy. The Logos, as kinetic Energy, animated all forms planned by Mind and filled with Substance.

The Logos is Light, Energy and Action. Light expresses as Harmony. Energy expresses as Equilibrium. Action expresses as perfect Balance.

The Logos is the Christ Principle, Holy Breath, Holy Spirit, Holy Ghost. The Father-Mother work through the Son, which is a neutral vibration. This is the beginning of the first Day of Manifestation.

We mystically define Principle as the absolute, unchangeable, undeviating, immutable foundation upon which God bases and establishes all universes. We can grasp Principle and comply with the Laws Jesus taught because Principle works as the River of Life flowing in an unceasing circuit from the Throne of God to the circumference of the great outer magnetic wall.

The River of Life contains all Mind, Substance and Power. Stamp it with your mental mold and it will bring your desires to pass. When we pray for a Sphere of Light to envelop someone for protection, that sphere touches him before we finish praying. It is the same when we pray for a Shaft of Light for Illumination.

God the Absolute admits no time or space. Universal Substance is God as both Principle, which is and Personality, which becomes. Universal Substance contains the whole.

As the Emanations completed their second circuit, God begot Lesser Gods, the Elohim, who precipitated sheaths of substance about themselves to descend and plan the rest of manifestation. The three Emanations fall into the four elements. Mind, Power and Substance fall into fire, air, water and earth. This is the hidden science of creation. The Emanations never change. The Absolute Trinity of Emanations is the finest degrees of Substance as lifesparks that the River of Life condenses in rates of vibration. Wisdom, Love and the Logos, the Absolute Trinity, flow throughout the universe in regular waves, fill space with condensed lifesparks flowing from and returning to the Source.

This word-diagram represents the IS-ness of God as Principle, which is and the DO-ness of God as Personality, which becomes. "W" represents the Everlasting Arms of the Father upholding Creation. "M" represents the O’ershadowing Wings of the Mother protecting all Creation. Wisdom expresses as Mind, the Logos expresses as Power and Energy, and Love expresses as Substance under the Supreme Trinity, which we use to create. We extend our mind to contact Divine Mind, cause Substance to flow into our molds, and release Power as Energy.

The Emanations and the Absolute Trinity form all foundation Principles and Primary Laws. We move from primary to secondary Law under the Supreme Trinity, from absolute to relative. Primary Law is the first rank in any series of original Laws that break one Principle into many Laws to simplify application of fundamental Principles to our present degree of understanding, for governing our daily lives. Primary Laws control and govern all egoic soul unfoldment, all human relationships, behavior and expression.

Secondary Laws derive from primary Laws, modifying and diluting them to meet individual needs in intelligence and state of consciousness. We do not set aside Principle when we modify and dilute Law. Any secondary Law must conform to the primary Principle behind it.

Law is as unchanging as Principle and we cannot divorce it from its Principle. We cannot subtract Principle from Law. For instance, God cannot set aside Law to satisfy our grief. We master the situation by mastering our emotions until we understand but are emotionally undisturbed. The Law to apply is: "What is that to you?" Many apply this as "Leave me alone," forgetting the rest of the Law: "Follow me." Reach up, look higher for illumination and comprehension.

The following metaphysical statements modify and dilute Primary Laws of Action to make them usable by finite consciousness. Humanity uses metaphysics to modify and dilute philosophical principles to use philosophy to touch the invisible.

"God is everywhere evenly present and available" describes God as Omnipresent, God as Mind in all, through all and as all, in all ways, in all places, of all things unconscious and as all things conscious.

"Everything is now good, after its degree and kind" includes everything and everyone in my daily life. How do I declare everything good? Apply just appraisal. "Darling, you are wonderful. I love you where you are now." Never place upon another a burden he is unable to bear. To a loved one who is slipping down the pole, say, "Darling, I love you. Come up."

God gives the Living Soul the power of conscious direction and control. God gives Substance the power of becoming, which is the basis of metaphysical healing. We hold our hands with palms facing outward to direct and control the lifesparks to heal. We lift our hands with palms cupped upward to bring them back.

We may only raise or lower Substance in vibration. Ascending or descending, expanding or condensing is how Substance functions for healing. "Becoming" means expanding Substance into all good, like the miracle of the loaves and fishes. Mind acts upon Substance and causes Power to send it into a Form mold for manifestation. Manifestation is a philosophical term for Mind, Power and Substance expressing through Form.

All the cross-vibrations in the world today cause mental confusion. We work constantly to keep our brain cells alert, alive and aware. We descended Creator gods have had to endure all manners of suffering of humanity, as did Jesus.

During the early years of the 20th Century, Dr. Thomas Parker Boyd conducted experiments to investigate the clinical aspects of psychology and hypnosis as a tool in healing. A Methodist Episcopalian Bishop, Dr. Boyd was head of the Society of the Healing Christ and leader of the Emmanuel Healing Movement on the West Coast. He worked with George Malcolm Stratton, a professor at the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Boyd wanted to find the Source. He hypnotized one young man and asked, "Where is God?" There was no answer. Then Dr. Boyd asked, "Can you find God?" The young man said, "Everywhere is here." They found much that they couldn’t account for, especially in heredity’s impact on personality.

What is unexplainable under scientific laws may be accounted for under the Law of Action and Reaction, which Eastern philosophy calls the Law of Karma. So it goes as yesterday’s mysteries become today’s miracles. Throughout the ages a group has always taught reincarnation and "seen" past incarnations. Those who "see" and "hear" have an unshakable conviction in reincarnation as truth. Nothing explains the whole of life except reincarnation.

The Heavenly Councils reveal a past incarnation when an individual needs it or can profit from the lesson it contains. The Guards pour Light upon his brain cells, he understands and learns the lesson. Those who refute reincarnation seek to escape responsibility for their spiritual debts.

The Descended Gods each have lived more than 100,000 lives. Darkness has been accumulating and we have lifted it ever since we first descended. So the darkness we are paying for and lifting now is not so heavy, considering the time past and the amount we have already paid. When they spread our indebtedness to Law over many lifetimes, we can pay in not too hard a way. We call everything good.
