One
who does not want to assume responsibility is lazy. One woman had “nerves” and
couldn’t rest. No one has special “nerves,” just
laziness!
When one hates to correct or discipline children, the child registers
a lack of security unless a mother thinks, “I am doing the right
thing.” A willful child must not be begged or asked “please.” Instilling
a healthy fearful respect of authority is necessary only for some children.
Parents must exercise parental control with absolute precision: “I
am as bored with you as you are with me and you are stuck with me. However,
I have the Law on my side. There are Laws protecting children but let’s
go there and see if you can buy your way through.” The important
thing is to hold onto that integrity of belonging to the Father and to
give Him the credit for all. “I love you but I’m bored with
what you do.” Praise the child. Don’t be a nagging mother.
When you move into the position of making your daughter a woman of
God, bite your tongue with no corrections. When your daughter prays,
say, “Thank
God that she is so respectful.” Praise all the qualities she partially
manifests: “Father, thank you that she is so loving, has so many
friends,” etc. When an adolescent has reached the point of tantrums,
enlist another, older woman to talk to her, one who can “throw
the book” at her. You must earn a child’s respect. Study
the Laws. Gain her respect first, then she will love you.
People need to depend on God first, then physicians. When you have
wavered in your dependancy, it takes a long time to rebuild the atoms.
Say “Name
is healed!”

Listen carefully, for it is in the act of words that taint goes forth
as delay! Watch, therefore, idle words. Let them not go forth.
February 6, 1964
The forgiveness by self is selfish and egotistical, but soul forgiveness
is a deep contrition on the knees of your soul.
You cannot slough the outer physical body while lifesparks remain in
the land of Egypt.
Some people fail to have their prayers answered because they are using
just statements, and not declarations. A statement is a sentence of
words of Truth, such as “With God, all things are possible.” A
declaration must have dynamic Power behind it: “The Power now moves
through this body. The Power fills all my molds now,” etc. Fascinating
statements of truth are not enough. You must make a positive declaration,
take positive action on the inner, and hold on the outer. You need
a vivid imagination.
An Illumination or soul-shaking experience loosens bits of your karma,
which you must reach out, gather and lift to your Father’s Altar.
Otherwise, these bits will reattach themselves to your shoulders.
If you eat a piece of meat or wear a fur, you draw the lifesparks of
that animal. Bless them and lift them into a higher life form. You
can shortcut venison by fifty incarnations by blessing it. Animal lifesparks
are restored to the Group Souls when you eliminate them through the
digestion/elimination
process. How else can God lift the animals into human form unless the
animal form is changed?
If you have an experience that arouses fear, doubt, frustration or
another negative response, a bit of karma is involved. Should you bring
fear,
doubts, etc., with you into a life, you crystallize the strand-portion
of the silver cord that carries that record. Unless you face such emotions
and lift them to conquer, you leave a record of ever greater fear,
etc., and “harden” the cord so that it will not stretch
for soul flights.
God has been training us for a long time. When we are reprimanded,
we are being Initiated. The old is cut off and we must move up. We
must
apply what we know to everything that happens.
February 9, 1964
Each is accountable for twenty-four hours a day. It is supposed that
we will fill each of these hours to the greatest extent of Energy,
Love and Joy possible! When self has diluted this marvelous hour, we
miss
the high mark, for even diversion and recreation must be dedicated
to Joy and Praise going forth from the Oversoul. If we need rest or
sleep,
we must inaugurate it on Joy and dedication that the Oversoul is sending
forth Love to the World, or it becomes something to pleasure the self.
It all must be done on a high keynote of devotion, so that the little
self is serving the Oversoul selflessly always. Only then can the little
self be washed clean forever, so that every moment of its life it is
bowing its knees to God and not to itself because of blame for another,
or anything that hinders or limits or puts the Oversoul into slavery.
As we descend, we take on the Laws pertaining to the lowest place of
descent. And when we descend, we are more accountable to be obedient
than are those born of earth.

When
you speak the perfection for others, there is an obligation, a responsibility
that you will stand as perfect,
day by day, without
self’s contamination.
It is not enough to repent once. Repentance and surrender go on hour
after hour or you are in danger of the Judgment. Be whole. Be as perfect
as your Father in Heaven. Be healed, held and then held again that
you do not deny your own souls.
Your words shall heal instantly when you let the Power do the work,
and not demand action from any. One demand and your soul ascends from
you.

April 9, 1964
As
one increases in agreeing and adjusting with family, one’s
aura increases. The aura itself, and this is the protecting outer sphere,
is larger because of greater understanding and comprehension, but it
is also partaking of the greater density of the brilliant Light as
earth
is being ascended.
The only way to bring through this new material is to think up at all
times with a part of you. Look up at all times with a part of you.
Know that you can use or point all faculties in a particular direction.
The Power is limitless, for this new Emanation is being released to
the highest point of one’s ability to stand it. It goes through the
Elect, of course but it is the degree that matters. Some are sacrificing
greatly. Others are 25 degrees below zero. Therefore, let your prayers
become, “Here I am, oh Lord. Use me,” and that is enough.
It is the open switch to service. It does not need to be a lengthy
prayer, just one upward look for the Power to move through. Love enough
shall
work. One person, who is praying, can supply enough love for a hundred
miracles. Your Desire in limitless degree is the size of the vessel.
The size of the instrument is created by the fervency of your Desire.
April 13, 1964 When Moses struck the rock and got water, they thought he was angry.
Boeing shatters rocks and takes water from them for lunar experiments.
Science is proving the Bible. It is a scientific fact that no matter
what time of the year or where earth is, the center of our galaxy is
Sagittarius.
We must be purified to eradicate taints under the surface. If we move
up so far that we do not hear outer sounds or if there is a taint of
firmness, i.e., pride, self-pity, blame, “holier than thou” attitude,
self-righteousness, self-aggrandizement or self-exaltation, the taint
shows on the face and betrays us if we do not clean it out.
In your treatment before going into the Golden Silence say, “Here
I am, Father. Move in and erase every habit taint.” Let your
Light so shine that you glorify your Father in Heaven. You may also
use this
treatment for others.
April 14, 1964 The love of the soul is seeking to lift that which is buried under
the little self and to bring it back home. Also in the individual there
is
that point of desire to be better which gives him or her another chance.
It is not just enough to study the Bible, for the Bible is a way of
life. When you love enough, rays of repulsion surround you so nothing
negative
can get through. This is so when you love all Law plus loving God,
the giver of Law. You have no right to judge but you do have the right
to
make a just appraisal, which cannot be used for personal gain or self-justification.
In studying the Bible, study the “Aquarian Gospel” with it.
Psalm 119 is based on the twenty-two Hebrew letter-numbers that release
the Powers of the universe. There are twenty-two chapters in the “Aquarian
Gospel,” which Levi wrote under inspiration to supplement the New
Testament. It covers the full thirty-three years of Jesus’ life,
including the missing years of ages twelve to thirty. If you really want
to study the Bible, you will read the eight verses of Law each night
in Psalm 119, with the chapters of the “Aquarian Gospel.”
We brought with us, as descended gods, the power and ability to contact
the Power that does the work. Expand your horizons every time there
is delay in your life. “I arise, I ascend, I move into the House
of the Lord. I stand under the Light. I wait upon the Lord while I
work
out my salvation here below.”
April 16, 1964 Time
has come when all past delinquencies must be uncovered and ascended.
Praise magnifies.
Praise increases. Praise makes Joy in the heart,
Light in the eyes and a special radiance of beauty over the one so
praising.
And a “Thank you, Father” lifts the earth higher. The lines
must be kept open, no connections broken and in all ways a full consciousness
of Oneness with the Power. You are in the Ways of Righteousness as
you walk before the Lord, wherever you are.
April 17, 1964 Live
by Light and the Light will take care of you. Get used to the idea
of growing and keeping
up. Lend thyself to the Power. If it becomes
necessary
to stretch out to release the tension, stretch out for five seconds
to relieve the tension with no more thought than you do getting a drink
of water. It isn’t an epoch-making, shattering event that you
feel pain. Just treat it as you would putting on overshoes, and go
about your
business.
April 19, 1964 If I could but speak with the tongues of angels and break through the
crust of your understanding! Ascend to higher thrones in prayer. Pray.
God uses even the most evil ones to lift the darkness. Do not complain!
We are ambassadors of Light and Glory. Shine through us!
April 20, 1964 One person, confessing God, releases more Power in 24 hours than 1,000
atheists. We must confess our faith.
You have all lived in the past and are responsible for your words of
the past. You, each day, are responsible for your words that are left
in the past. “Let every line be vitalized. Let every negative
be wiped out, and only good remain.”
I wish I could make it clear to you. Your complete readiness to be
used is a necessity. You have been prepared for many years. You have
been
ready for a few years to grab up each thing you recognize and lift
it into Light to be lifted for Eternal Glory.
An etheric current is a cooling draft. The etheric currents can touch
only those who are held in bondage of fear by ignorance and hatred,
to stop them. The Power of the Living God is closing their lips to
blasphemy.
You declare that they are open only to the Light of God. They are amenable
only to the Word of God. What they hear is in the Light of God. Then
you make no one deaf, cause no deafness. Armies of Light are ready
to go into action, yet earth must call. Earth must speak the word.
If things
get out of hand, you must call, and words shall be put upon your lips. “Let
it come. Let the mighty Power of God come and lift them all.”
A taint is a missing of the high mark, a missing of the calling of
God through Christ Jesus. You declare it good. The first curse is the
first
step of getting rid of self. Call it anything but a verbal curse, it
becomes good if you call it good often enough.
Love the unlovable, or it is no love at all. Believe the unbelievable.
Nothing is impossible with God.
Love is not enough to reach into the dry rot of the evil ones from
the past. Remember the prayer lifting, the love lifting, the Glory
lifting
must go on doubly what it has been. The Father, with His great plan,
is just able to reach into the frozen places in the minds and hearts
and loosen hate. However, it must be lifted and transformed into Light
by our love.
April 23, 1964 Have you control over your own conquering, no taints? How great is
your particular love? How broad?
Hold all preachers up in the Light. Put them on a cloud and see them
perfect.
See Cherubim and Seraphim at head of bed and foot of bed. See an angel
with a flaming sword at the door. Put spheres of Light at front and
back doors of all schools.
“ Father, fill me with Light. I walk with the River of Life as it is
flowing through me.”
April 29, 1964 The
first burning sands of the desert is where Desire is lifted to
become one with Will,
which is the full awakening of the pineal and
pituitary
glands into the “I AM.” Until one passes the 33 Degrees of
Initiation, which is the expression of Responsibility, the pineal and
pituitary glands are adequate, and one can see and hear to a certain
extent. Yet to ascend beyond the second “burning sands of the desert,” to
ascend the seeing and hearing to the parathalamus glands, praise and
rejoice.
Keep thanking the Father for seeing and hearing. Keep saying, “I
see. I see. Thank you Father for having given it.” Rejoicing and
praise awakens the physical parathalamus glands, which stand as a block
to seeing and hearing. Even then the soul is on its knees of its heart
in surrender and assuming all responsibility on earth. You can surrender
to be used and still not be ready to be responsible. You lift everything
as though it were you — office, home, wherever, and of course,
at the same time if you keep wondering why you haven’t seen or
heard, you add to the blocking.
April 30, 1964 For political candidates, call down a Shaft of Fire from heaven and
declare that they are being healed. Put them on a cloud. Let the Father
choose.
Remain absolutely neutral. Glorify your Father.
May 7, 1964 The
Power, which God waits for you to speak the Good Word to release,
is magnificent, miracle-working.
Yet remember, idle words go forth
and cut every line established up to the idle word. It takes time to
mend
the lines. All good words you speak go forth through everyone’s
lives and all benefit.
All things are possible to you under the spoken word of Power! Through
your words, Power is released and condensed, ready for action. Keep
on praying. Reach for the stars, every hour on the hour. A Shaft of
Fire,
part Shekinah Glory, part golden Light, moves through the earth. Reach,
move up into it or put people or situations into it. Move up to your
own Star from the Shaft of Fire, and from there move up into River
of Life.
May 14, 1964 The
Power is instantly healing, more than ever before. When you treat
birds, spread out to all
birds, cats, dogs everywhere. Make prayers
for yourself, but always make them general for all in the world. Make
prayers
and treatments pay dividends for the world always, so that what comes
back to you will be a glory — will erase and add to itself of
its kind.
Watch idle words. Make certain you speak for all as a just appraisal,
but also make it a treatment that goes forth to the world — no
self in the words to make someone come your way, but God’s way.
This person must come up and must be healed only under a just appraisal.
He is not going high enough when he is disagreeing and growing negative.
Words must be spoken aloud to shatter the evil in it, but be sure it
is selfless, not for gain for self. It is only to do the Will of the
Father.
You must know what has to be healed when praying for someone. Call
it by name to shatter its power. Call it only once, then declare it
good,
and declare him healed. Then the Power is cleaning it up. Put it on
a cloud and keep it lifted.
Do not let negative things sink your ship of faith. Any time you think
negatively, or fear, you have slipped!
“
Honor above all things” will pay great dividends. Honor, loyalty
and integrity are your watchwords.
We are forming blue cushions, next to physical body, inside the aura,
to surround us as a protective sheath against all worldly lesser vibration.
These sheaths of blue must be built around every one of the Elect as
soon as possible. Where there is agnosticism or personal rebellion
and wilfulness, it takes many, many, many prayers and coatings to form
a
sheath heavy enough for protection. Keep these sheaths growing around
loved ones first, and send them out divinely protected. They wear down
thin, therefore this is a constant treatment over and over again.
Obedience to Laws you have set for yourself as a goal is critical.
The Power has to either move through or all is closed off, for such
time
as your low vibration lasts. You must remember that one word causes
a lowering of vibration, or one thought not of the highest. It is that
first instant of being touched by something negative that you must
watch.
Once you let one thought enter, it takes hours before your Guards can
restore the Power to use you. You have always been lax on this, but
the time has come when it has to be lifted. It is not enough just to
have
the desire and to make promises. It must be done and held to! So the
only way to constant work and ever constant watchfulness is a complete
censoring of every word!
Evil is consumed when you speak the Word, and Joy reigns where you
walk. Your laughter and smiles create harmony and understanding, and
whatever
you lift shall be lifted. You must declare the melting and dissolving
and absorbing of all darkness instead of what you have been fearing.
Let the healing power move forth to do this work. Let your thoughts
and expressions follow your vows, which are high enough to heal the
world
if unobstructed and not cut off so often — a constantly unwavering, “without
shadow of turning” Vibration shall build up the Power needed
for miracles. You have always cut off your own miracles by lack of
constancy.
Hold, then, and you shall be without guile or guilt and know the Love
of God uses you to its utmost in fulfillment.
June 4, 1964 To
become Law requires sacrifice of self, and nothing about it is
easy. The “disease” involved
is discounted by the Glory of God it brings.
The Gates have been opened. There are only nine ciphers and so many
alphabetical symbols. Every word is from the Source and is an alphabetical-numerical
combination. We bar ourselves from the Source according to degree and
kind of our idle words. Our progress depends on us.
Walk softly and work out your salvation more thoroughly here. The Power
of the word can wither with one glance or utterance, and misuse can
atrophy another’s brain cells. Ordinary grief or blame can wither brain
cells. A record is made of our progress at each successively higher level,
but our Vows are registered no higher than we can keep them. You can
speak the word, but only with a pure heart and hands, never in violence.
The fulfillment is in the Master’s hands.
June 25, 1964 When
you fill a D-cell battery with water and wait twenty-four hours,
it charges. When we look
up, the Light charges us, too. Every time
you put your nose into someone else’s business, you lasso him
and tie him to you. You pay his debts.
Lines radiate from us to all whom we have contacted. We are delayed
until we loosen these lines, and our good can come. Quit pushing and
blaming.
When one near death returns, pray for his brain cells to be rebuilt.
One can do no more than the brain cells allow. It takes longer for
an adult to rebuild atrophied brain cells than for a child.
June 28, 1964
So
far, regardless of your thoughts, and according to what you should
have done, you have
been dawdling and playing with the Light. This
is evident in the tones of your voice and the words you speak. All
are guilty
of the same thing — back to self-explanations and self-excuses,
without one full, clear acceptance: “This is mine.”
God does not need your excuses. He knows your hearts and credits you
with doing your best according to your desire, with what you have been
able to do, with what you have and know. If your desires were for Perfection,
there instantly would be no excuses ever — you do not make excuses
when your surrender is complete.
Edna Miriam does not need your excuses. She has nothing to do with
your Initiations, examinations or credits, except to point out where
you should
work. The Gates have been opened. According to the height of your surrender
and acceptance, some of you have “made it” to kneel at the
Throne, when your bodies could take the high vibration, but none to remain.
Edna Miriam cannot “prop” the Gates open for anyone. Enough
is enough. You are on your own.
Appreciation is found in your surrender and acceptance. When there
is nothing but blame and resentment, which is the only reason for self-excuses,
added to the pride in following completely, then it is time to cut
off
the pap, turning all of you loose to go at your own paces.
On August 10th, the Gates to vision will begin to close. This means
the 7th Veil of Maya dropping again. This means no cutting off from
Power,
but to ascend in consciousness will have to be gained by effort and
hard work, not given as ten credits for one earned. The credits will
not be
enlarged. If half a credit is earned, then you shall receive only half
an idea, a dream or a vision.
The Gates are not locked ever, but they are heavy Gates if approached
with a pin point’s worth of a taint of earth in selfishness.
One idle statement, one idle excuse voiced, weighs as much to push
as all
the planets put together into one great ball!
What self-satisfaction it must be to excuse yourself, for self-excuses
and explanations, the wriggling out of all responsibility for the self,
is repudiation of all responsibility. It must be a peculiar form of
self-satisfaction that causes excuses.
Yet God is grateful that all have come far enough even to look through
the Gates at the visions! However the Gates will automatically close
because of the counterweight of self, for that self can act as such
counterweight. The only thing that can close a Gate is the counterweight
of self. Your
Guards can warn, urge and entice, yes, but Councils can no longer set
aside the Law.
The work you have already done is magnificent! But the question is, “Why
stop?” Why? No valid excuse or reason, is there?
If you would but remember “I Accept” — these are the words
you have buried in self. Make a song of them and sing it all day — “I
accept.”
July 12, 1964 Be alive, alert, overflowing with the Life Eternal of God, in its perfection
as your body vehicle, as your mental life, as your desire and imagination.
We have to be Law and be it so hard (positively) that we can send forth the
Breath at all times. Isn’t God good to us? We are beginning at the beginning
of our first Vows. We have to think of new things to polish, new details.
The people who believe in demonstration are like “rice Christians” [poor
people who convert to receive charity], they leave you on lack of demonstration.
Hear, listen, hearken from “UP here.” Do not use the intellect.
July 19, 1964 Even your wavering has had some virtue in it, for it brought weaknesses to
the surface. It has uncovered weak links in the Chain of Life and it shall
make you
fitting instruments for the Glory of Power to use you.
God has used every pain, every cry for aid, every travail of the soul, the
mind and the body to lift earth. Those who have withstood the evil of lukewarmness
and indifference shall now begin to add what the world knows as virtues and
the
things that earth values in living.
Speaking in tongues is tuning into past incarnations and the world mind, and
operates on the pure subconscious, partly a self-hypnosis, partly self-delusion.
The power of suggestion heals.
July 26, 1964 Some
grow bored and drop away, saying, “I’ve heard that before.” Well,
you are hearing it again! If only you use common sense, comprehension will
speak and tell you that it is the Truth on every succeeding higher level, that
the
Power must be greater, that its Release must be speeded up and that it takes
a higher grade of Responsibility to the new Position in Heaven of the one ascending.
There is no room for the one who grows weary of Ascension. It is the privilege
of any such to linger where they are and without higher desire to ascend — they
must, by the Laws, regress and forget what they had. Only the ones with the
burning desire can take the Law from the Source! The others grow weary, faint
and fail.
Of course, at transition the Gates will be held open for their Ascension. Howbeit,
they will be shown all of their neglected work, plus the penalty of regression,
which is to repeat from the beginning of the Initiation the work laid aside.
This is Universal Law — and may not be set aside for any! It is the Law!
Now, there is no reason why the Rewards shall not be greater than you have
room to receive — for holding, for accepting and for assuming the Responsibilities
of full lifting, which is achieved under the one great Law of Assuming All
Blame and All Debts created, not only around you, but all over earth!
Hold! Only self can interfere or fail. It is a personal choice for each soul.
The strength to hold is a Gift that must remain active forever! It cannot be
set aside for earth selfishness. To set it aside once closes a door under the
highest Source, and each succeeding failure to hold adds another Veil, layer
or door to the Supreme Source.
July 28, 1964 Opinions and prejudices are the same as repudiation. You cannot discipline
the subconscious mind except at the time. You can only think about doing it
and all
that thinking about it does is to set the subconscious in its ways. You just
think you are doing something, which is based in self-satisfaction, then you
go ahead and do as you please.
The subconscious, to be thoroughly cleansed and purified, must be caught in
the act of disobedience to the soul. One must become one’s own challenge. This
is general Law! Challenge yourself every step of the way, or you move onto the
slide of decline. The first indication of decline comes when you go to missing
detail and opportunities every day because of failure to make every moment a
challenge to move up until your desire burns, until you cannot sit or sleep or
think without challenging yourself. Do hunger and thirst that you must become
of the Source and that you cannot rest until you do. “Lord, don’t
let me miss a trick today.”
Unless I take on the general blame where my feet tread and my eyes glance,
but most especially where I live, I take the blame for everything around me.
Do I
lift, as my gift to God, everything my name can be connected with, in any way,
as a participant or as a bystander? Yes. This is the only way I, as an initiate,
can be certain my own subconscious subsoul cannot get away with anything, and
the only way I can control it into obedience.
To accept keeps one “looking” to fulfill Law, keeps one alert to
the details of life and Law. To not accept closes off all fine perceptive abilities,
sensitivity to Law is closed. One is dead. No Ascension is possible.
“
I now hold myself to the task in hand with all my mind, all my heart and my actions
(speech, thinking) until the task is finished.” This means conquering
a roaming Imagination and scattered Thinking and Desires until they become
one,
held together for the task at hand. No more self-indulgence, for scattered
Imagination, Thinking and Desires are born of the laziest and most indifferent
self-indulgence
to be indulged in!
When you come back in the mornings into your body, be in one piece, not scattered,
which causes confusion throughout the day. After rising, stand, reach for the
stars and breathe yourself back into your body. Declare to yourself, “I
am all together as one, and all my affairs shall be under my conquering and
together in one piece. There shall be no more scattered confusion in our life
together
upon earth! I shall hear Thy voice at all times for I am now listening for
Thee, hearkening unto Thee with all my attention and fully obedient to all
Thou dost
say unto me.”
This is your declaration hour upon hour to bring Glory to earth wherever you
are, and fill the spaces in between with praise and thanksgiving for the Father’s
protecting, uplifting and watchful care.
August 20, 1964 Hold.
Do not indulge self. Self-indulgence includes those who are indifferent
and about their own business. We rest
as we go. Don’t let go while you
are doing. Allow the Creative Fire in you to work for the Fathers always.
Our motto is “I can stand one day longer than God.” Someone has to
take up the slack. Someone must stand, day and night, holding everyone’s
lines so that no knots or splits develop. The Guards spend three-quarters of
their time repairing splits and unknotting our lines. Our every prayer and
breath has counted. All is used. Hold the lines! The Father preserves all our
credits.
Stand under the Light. Stand in the Light. Stand of the Light all the time
for God!
August 24, 1964 “
I am walking with God! My soul is rejoicing. I am on cloud 49 every moment.” Use
anything that states your inner convictions and avoids all reference to your
physical body sheath. “I AM” refers to your soul always. “My
thoughts are stayed on perfection.” These are outer answers to questions
asked. There must be something dealing with rejoicing in it. A taint of not
agreeing with some type of adversary. Do you dislike being asked how you are
doing by
friends? It indicates some under-the-surface thinking or emotional reaction
that sends you down.
“
The Wings of the Almighty Mother of Love now o’ershadow me and are my
full protection from the whole world. The Arms of the Almighty Father of all
Wisdom
are now underneath me, upholding me forever and ever. The Power of the Almighty
God of all life now moves through me from above. The Light of the Almighty,
which is the life of all creation, now fills me and my body is that life now.
I have
now become the Law of Rejoicing and it is operating in my life from the outer
to the inner, recreating my body, mind, heart and soul into a new age pattern
in the image and likeness of my Father, the One God. I rejoice and am glad.”
August 25, 1964 We are now to stand in the Eternal Flame 24 hours a day! Each one must seek
the highest point of consciousness possible to himself, then stand on a cloud.
Let
the Eternal Flame move down from above around himself then for the flame to
permeate the cloud. Then feel, see it rolling in to move upward from the feet
through
the whole body and so back to the Source. No lukewarmness is accepted. No forgetting
allowed. No words. Just stand and let the Eternal Flame burn out all earth
dross, all taints, all age. Fatigue is a thief. Everyone shall be young, beautiful,
free, miracles possessing them and their affairs according to their faithfulness!
To delay under indifference and forgetting is only delay to the self. Once
we create our spot of personal Eternal Flame, it shall be held for us at all
times.
We can go and come but the delay is a fancy price to pay for such Glory to
show before the world with such rapture of soul ours for being faithful. This
is our
birthright and inheritance and can never be taken from us. Only complete retrogression
can take it.
August 27, 1964 Edna Miriam is lifting from earth the idea of poverty and want. You have to
free yourself of the earth idea of needs. We are in this new vibration of abundance,
of conquering poverty.
August
31, 1964 When
it “smells” and
you have to hesitate or are not quite sure of it, stop! Put it up for three
days if necessary. Pray about it and go get
the
answer. Do not act until you have done this. Allow no outside pressure to override
this need! You would have had your answer had you prayed.
September 3, 1964 When
you give Law to another and your giving is tainted by any self, you pay
the other’s debts
for misuse ad infinitum.
You can either regress and lose all identity or ascend and lose all identity!
As long as there is a desire spark left of the desire or physical body, it
will come to us to lift.
The Law is, once you repudiate what you had, you “forget about it”— it’s
wiped out and put to sleep.
When too many drugs are taken, the cells of the pineal and pituitary liquefy— if
continued, the parathalamus glands would liquefy, too.
Do not be double-minded! You cannot say, “God is with me always,” then
say, “I am lonely.”
September 13, 1964 All
we need are Leaders of Honor, Loyalty and Integrity of Soul who do not
think not of what is due that
self, which has come up through the mass of evil.
Great
is the Reward for coming up. Why delay it by self? It has been re-earned repeatedly
because of self. The time has come when your feet are well planted on a cloud
of Light — your own!
It is time that you hold! The soul cannot forget if you keep the Desire to
hold flaming. God holds — and could you be like Him, and fail in holding?
Whom shall He depend upon? Who is anyone to be displeased with the Council’s
testings? Unless you regress into complete blackness by choice, the Councils
will present the tests and challenges until you make up your minds to live
up to your Vows.
Each one knows to hold 24 hours a day. What good is it if one hour sees you
on the bottom with self-excuses for so doing? No one, no one on the outer has
power
over you to cause you to do anything! It is your own free choice to do whatever
you choose! No one pushes you to neglect of Vows, no one.
And you cannot demand of another — one moment’s disobedience to
their own, and so be it. You are breaking your Vows if you are making demands.
When the Elect take on double shares of service, when they pick up sagging
lines and put others, who have chosen less, upon a cloud (each one is to do
this) — God
can wipe war from earth! For the Power of such service is cleansing, and He
can double the Power through the one, hour after hour. He can double it for
such
lifting.
Why just peek through the Gates, take one step and run back to self? Your soul
neither slumbers nor sleeps. Let it rule your life!
September 20, 1964 Your desire of hungering and thirsting to be as your Father, and perfect, shall
be satisfied. You shall fulfill within yourselves the Glories He has unfolded
to you, the Visions of Perfection, and the beauties of Form as well as Actions.
They are yours! And you, being lifted up, shall hold your creations safe. Let
your holding be greater, more magnificent!
You have not yet expressed that majesty of Expression! Too much self has stood
in the way, and the climbing secret — to hold it and to be it for the world
to see — lies in compassion that includes the world and has no enemies,
declares no obstacles and ignores any barriers either of the world or of personalities.
Each one in his own place, nobody else in it, and no one with any power over
it.
When you allow another to cause you an earthquake within — it is self!
For no one can get in to touch you. Only what you are thinking touches you. Stand
free of self, and be majestic and magnificent in your surrender, for under surrender
only will you accept what comes to you to be lifted out here — and not
to cause earthquakes within! These hindrances are subtle and it is because one
forgets the Law of complete surrendered devotion to be the servant of the Power
that one does not accept instantly — and the proof of this is when it
sends you further away into self!
If you are kneeling on the step before the Throne, before your Begotten Father,
nothing but the desire to feel that oneness can touch you. Rejoice over the
gifts God bestows upon you. Rejoice that your healing — to release you from old
habit patterns, physical, emotional or mental — is yours! You may not
fully understand this now, but you shall! The love you bear for God grows into
full
stature, and soon it will have expanded and absorbed your self into itself.
We leave a “recording consciousness,” a subconscious knowing, here
in the physical while we are “over there.” Our full consciousness
is “over there.” You expand there according to your Ascension here
in daily living. Every time you miss the mark here, you shrink there, thus
delaying your inner Ascension and physical perfection. We destroy ourselves!
We delay
ourselves by playing the game of putting off responsibility for being what
our Vows have declared. We will expand there only when we fulfill our Vows
here.
September 24, 1964 Do not break an outer Law, even if it should not appear to conform to a Principle.
You cannot go to God over broken hearts or dead bodies, or break outer Law
to get to God.
October 1, 1964 When
presented with a situation, look up, get the answer and make a stand. Give
the positive declaration
to treat the situation, then stand, hold and
lift to
keep the lines up. Do not hold it to your breast; do not sentimentalize over
it or go over it in mind. Keep the mind clean and free to remain free yourself.
Just stay in the Light and continue! Do the next step next with all your faculties
alive while holding the “other” in Light. Just go up and stay in
the Light without words, without having your mind on it. Just do and hold.
Never sentimentalize, which is going over and over it.
Some people have partners in this— one friend goes to another for pessimistic
reinforcement. We permit this in our families by not going up and staying up.
We invest part of ourselves, our soul substance when we hold onto the past and
what people have said. So what if you must “clean the stable” every
day with your spouse? It holds him and will hold him. The work has been and
is continuing to be done. Stand high with Edna Miriam.
You can give a student only as much as he or she can take, then you must set
them free to assimilate and learn the lessons associated with what they’ve
been given. When one reaches the saturation point, let him go! You release
the student but hold the lines forever! Show compassion only, it is objective
and
treats all. Sentimentality is of the self. It is not objective.
October 2, 1964 Consciously taken deep breaths breathe in Light directly from the Source. In
an instant, with one breath, we become. We were created to be Creators.
We reach a point where the old has passed away and a bridge is made across
the abyss of being hesitant, reluctant and fearful of stepping out to the new
vibration
of the earth term “millionaire,” which is a term meaning outer
freedom in economics, enabling one to do the next thing next without distracting
or detracting
from other things waiting to be born.
October 5, 1964 Man is the instrument of the higher Creative Impulse, Desire. All scientific
formulas come under the Principle of Wisdom. All humanities fall under the
Principle of Love.
October 6, 1964 When
we are possessive and invest our soul substance in others, it ties us with
bands of steel to those individuals.
We invest our soul substance by criticism,
etc. You must free the other fellow of you, not free yourself of him. We have
free choice. Grant the other fellow free choice also. This demanding of others
has put the world in bondage. Surrender to be possessed of the Light. Say, “Fill
me with Light, Father, as I lift all my lifesparks invested in others.”
God never made a disintegrator. God, however, does use evil ones to tear down
old forms by Light coming through. Evil is finished except what is left in
the minds and hearts of men. As it comes out, it seems that God has forgotten
us,
but God is with us! To those who love God enough, all things come together
for good. Those who prophesy death and destruction are the ones who are breathing
evil to the surface and it is good. We are supposed to skim this off for lifting.
God uses these people to fulfill His will.
October 9, 1964 The realm of ideas is as limitless as the sands of the seas, but it has to
be courted lovingly, with consecration and devotion, then the dividends are
without
price and without number.
October 11, 1964 Love of God should be a sparkling element in your life. What is the temper
of your love? Is it diluted? Love God without stinting, lavishly.
October 12, 1964 For
one who has gone over: “Let Name’s lifesparks be gathered and
ascended.” Reach out with arms of Light to gather lifesparks involved
in darkness, call them by name and give them to the angel with the censer.
Thus,
earth is lifted.
“
I won’t” is a challenge to all the evil forces in the universe. “I
will” precipitates all past karma. Never use these phrases. “I will” is
a challenge to every dark force to make you go into action and do it. “Father,
I am doing all that You have given me above to ascend this surrendered body.
I accept full responsibility to lift to declare others alert and alive.”
October 20, 1964 When we release Power, it returns to us as added joy and all good. Just as
Light adds and multiplies, eventually, evil always consumes itself.
October 23, 1964 When we ascend high enough and surrender, the Light coming through us penetrates
egotism, and self satisfaction, right down into any past treachery hidden.
Such Light is enough to cause revenge ideas in others. This can even affect
the family,
which is lifted sometimes against its wishes, against their desires.
It is very dangerous to interfere with anyone’s self satisfaction, therefore
are all the verses about humility and taking the humble place. The test of all
tests is “To be the Light, and not to ‘know’ it.”
The Light moves through and about us, something like being in the center of
a hollow fountain which runs down and comes up through us to ascend us. To
speculate,
move up inside the fountain, which acts like a carrier to ascend the individual
with protection for the physical body.
October 25, 1964 God has an installment plan already waiting for us. Put your debts on a cloud
with and release the Light to pay your debts on the long term installment plan.
October 28, 1964
You
don’t criticize, resent, or judge. We have become our brother’s
keeper. Lift people who do evil, but don’t name it. Don’t say, “I
don’t
like this.” Declare them good where they are. Put them all on a cloud,
declare them good, leave it to God and stand in the Light.
A just appraisal is to have the Light of God on the situation. Learn to agree
and adjust about everything. You are good, but you contaminate the air with
the fallout of your taints, and arguments. Unless you stand in the Light instantly,
what good can you do? Close out everything of earth. Know only God and the
Light.

29, 1964
Live by the might and the Power drawn from above. Hold your point.
Weary not in well doing. Physical weariness is understandable,
but let your soul soar
as with the wings of eagles. You shall have untold spiritual, mental holding
Power,
untouchable from below and you will see the words given to you come to pass
as spoken.
Evil consumes itself. Evil, making light of its own evil, blinds itself to
the truth.
November 2, 1964 Ask yourself, are you a seed planter or a harvester? Only God can harvest.
You delicately plant seeds. After you plant a seed, declare that God makes
the impression.
November 6, 1964 Nonresistance is an aggressively defensive Law that upholds its own.
November 27, 1964 How many thousands of times a day have you declared it good? God works all
things togther for good for those who love Him. Love is a Principle, absolutely
solid,
and to be depended upon. It is firm, it is final and it covers everything.
We have free choice, not free will. Every word that is uttered creates after
its own degree and kind. God’s first Word was “Let there be Light,” then
He thought a form, declared it good, and that is still the Law. Salvation is
free, but you have to work for it, The secret is to declare it good. “Let
there be Light.”
Your physical is the out-picturing of the fourfold man — your thoughts,
your prayers, your devotions and what you do with your emotional life. You
are the sum total of your life. The Laws of God include disintegration as well
as
integration. There is no age limit, no time when it does not work. Every time
you utter a word, you put your name on it, it goes around the world and returns
to you.
God sent us here with a built-in computer. Haven’t you any idea that
God is exciting? We have an instant contact with the Source.
Without breath there is no life, and without life, there is no breath. The
Hindus laid all the stress on just breathing. That breath is not complete unless
we
are cognizant that it contains everything we need for our life. Einstein gave
us the secret of life — mass becomes energy when you raise the vibration,
and energy becomes light when you raise it higher. If we are stingy with our
breath, old age is creeping in, and starving our atomic body to death.
You obey the mental laws. This is good. Every word you utter collects its degree
and kind. One sentence goes around the earth five and a half times before it’s
even finished. This is why you declare things good. “This is good and
very good.”
Healing comes from deep breathing, declaring things good, standing and never
wavering. You have to plant your feet, stand and look into the face of evil
and destruction. We are lifting evil because God Himself has us in the hollow
of
His hands.
Science is backing up miracles. You can make over your body with the right
kind of thinking and emotional life. You can build a new set of nerves because
the
desire body nerves are perfect and untouchable. Declare it good: “Every
hour of my life is perfect and it is good.” It is good to receive the
same lesson repeatedly until we learn it.
Do you want to change your pattern? It is up to you. It is up to every single
person to make up his mind.
The Bible is a psychiatric textbook. The Law of Nonresistance is the greatest
power on earth. Jesus the Christ is known in every corner of the world. He
is the door, the life, the way, the truth and that is the Law of Nonresistance.
All you have to do is to fold your arms, stand and say to the person who is
handing
you guff, “You are having such a good time. I am enjoying listening to
you.” This is how to agree and adjust, to work it together for good.
God neither slumbers nor sleeps.
If you don’t like work, you are not going to like God. You are going
to think that nobody loves you, nobody understands you. Perhaps they understand
you only too well. You can do anything, and we are going to do everything.
There
are enough of us in the U.S. to turn the world over. We are not in any more
of a mess than we have been in a thousand years.
You have only blessings and curses. You have to eat every word you utter. You
say, “It is good. Let the Light move through and heal,” and according
to the degree and kind of your desire, the work is done. Do you know what a miracle
is? It is someone’s burning desire going forth.
You don’t know how wonderful God is. It is exciting to go on. Your soul
has to be singing with life and on fire.
Let’s have a healing treatment. Offer what you want to happen on an altar
of Light, and declare perfection for their healing. We must love ourselves first.
We love our neighbor exactly as much as we love ourselves. None of us is happy
unless our spiritual life is possessing us. “Move in, Father, and possess
me.”
Jesus is the only teacher who said, “Use my name. If you use my name that
life will be yours.” When we do, we have become faith without any hindrance
that earth can produce. We agree that God is love and we adjust to the world
by giving them their own. What does it matter as long as the Light is going
forth to conquer evil?
“ Just make us perfect instruments of Thy Love and Glory. Give us to eat
of that inner manna. Touch us with Thy Light and Glory, oh Father. Let us go
through
these endurance tests on the outer, knowing that we have lift so much evil
by our endurance. Oh, Father, wipe our minds free of idle words. Let us speak
in
terms of Love and Ascension, not only Resurrection and Ascension. Let Thy Light
move through every individual today, wiping their hearts and minds free of
all darkness. In Thy name, we declare that every word of good that we have declared
in the past shall bring vast good to us. We now lift all. It is melted, dissolved
and only the Light, the good and the glory can be returned to us, even though
we have sent it forth colored and dark. We are Thine, and we shall have miracles
of going forth from this hour. Thank You, Father. Thank You so much. Amen.”
You have to visualize and stamp the River of Life with $1000 bills. The River
of Life is flowing by unstamped because it refuses to take negatives and curses — they
go out into the world, but this visualization comes from above.
You can’t sleep at night unless you are rested when you go to bed — that
means mental freedom from nay strain, emotional freedom from anxieties and
things that never happen. You spread your wings like an eagle and soar, and
when you
go to bed, you move up. The other side is so beautiful.
God is Principle and Personality, and heaven is a place and a state of consciousness.
If you apply logic, you know that you are in a place. Jesus said, “I
go to prepare a place for you.”
God is interesting, and He has not even started yet! We are just children.
We haven’t awakened the brain cells to take it in. Ministers are so far
behind the scientists. Ministers are supposed to lead the way, but scientists
are doing
it.
Too many people have God and. We have God as every cell of life there is. A
lot of people would rather suffer than be healed. Get up and reach for the
stars.
The Power moves through and the collapsed atoms become inflated. Praise and
pray into being spheres of Light around everyone. I see all my people enfolded
in
a bed of Light, blanketed in the Light.
Just talk to God without petitioning Him. Just say, “Here they are, Father.
Please take care of them.” I go into the Golden Silence. The Power is moving
forth. Do you see this picture of activity? “Father, open my eyes. Let
me feel, let me see this glory that has been yours from the beginning.”
How often have you said, “I want to see. I want to hear. Move in and possess
me.” You must declare what you want and move up out of the puddle of the
past. “Forgetting those things which are behind and pressing onward toward
to the high calling of Christ Jesus.”
I know some people have never lost contact once they have touched it. I see
them a year later and they have remained under the Light and it shows. I love
life.
I love the life I am leading, the books I am writing, the classes I am giving,
the services.
God is giving every fellow in every grade 100 percent. You have to have faith
and love God first, before you declare everything good, but you can begin to
say it from the teeth out. You can even say, “This is good,” and
get rid of your repudiations. Some people are so self-satisfied. Yet our whole
Ascension must be the burning desire to become this Law. That Father wants
you home more than you could possibly desire it.
The atoms hold the energy we use, and you must replace it as you breathe from
the Source, knowing that it is the pure Light of God recreating you. You have
to move up and hold your hands up high. God is wonderful. “All that works
that I do, ye shall do also and greater works than these.” Do you believe
this?
November 30, 1964 The Law, and the secret of Ascension, is attention to detail, which also covers
awareness, etc. You may do nothing that makes other fellow uncomfortable. Nonresistance
is the most dynamic Law of the universe.
If doing it all the time is not right for the whole world, doing it once is
not right for you. You pray for protection only after you have done all on
outer
to cover the need for protection. This goes back to attention to detail. If
you pay attention to detail, you have miracles. Attention to detail is imperative.
Praise and gratitude for a miracle brings it into outer manifestation. The
Father makes the Promises, but we must fulfill them by praise. Our release
of Substance
brings it forth. Remember that there is no death, only transfiguration.
Make a project of attention to detail between now and 12th Night. One Law only
should not tax you. It can be on top of your mind, a very small spot, to remember
and act hour by hour on attention to detail. This means imagination, thinking,
idle words, only to glance at evil words, statements, news, people. Dissolve
it in Light. Declare it good. “Thou art now made over, transfigured, transformed
into good.” There is a good power of suggestion.
How far do you think you can go with what you have done to date, fluctuating?
One mind, one heart, one purpose. Practice attention to details in all its
ramifications and it shall lead to great Transfiguration.
December 4, 1964 Treatment
for gratitude and awareness for yourself or others, to be broadcast, using
the rotary motion: “Be alive! Be aware! Be appreciative!” Be
alive and alert with the Life and Light of God. Remember to keep several things
going all at once.
December 7, 1964 Treatment for those close to going on: If you pray for release, you hold the
person to earth. Instead, place him on a cloud and declare him healed. In that
way, the Father can take him over at right time, and meanwhile he is truly
freed and healed on the inner.
December 10, 1964 You have always been a difficult one, self-willed, aggressive, and one of those
who under earth laws beat the other fellow to the punch. Therefore, often you
have destroyed your own success by spewing words out of turn. This has caused
delay on every continent and in every incarnation. You have had many incarnations
where taints never came to the surface, for you were beautiful, loving, always
contrite, only a few times rebellious.
When told of your limitations in the past there has been great repudiation,
but not in this lifetime. You have been hurt and slightly rebellious, sometimes
frustrated,
but always contrite. The delays have been caused by this and could be again,
for the only difference is the splash made when the egoic soul takes offense,
rebels, repudiates or grows weary.
December 11, 1964 Remember
that living up to your divine nature is a joy, a rapture, is an ecstacy,
and a triumph — let
nothing interfere and keep you from enjoying it. Ascension is something
to live and enjoy. Ascension is a glory and a radiance,
and to be
as perfect as our Father in Heaven is perfect is the most beautiful achievement
possible in man.
To live in a state of rapture over God — if we could only entice the world
to this point! It’s true they live like clods, one step removed from
the inanimate. It may seem that one ego or two or a small group living perfectly
make little impression.
If only I could show you the whole of earth at the same time and open your
eyes to see the lines of Light lacing through, setting asunder, drawing in,
exploding — in
all homes, in seas, in deserts, and over mountain tops — the things that
could cause turmoil, transitions, and deep griefs! The lines that could be
traced from this one room would form a network of bands of color, of Love,
and of Light
around it.
December 13, 1964 No
prayers go unanswered. When you pray and it seems your prayer has not been
answered, a miracle has
happened for someone who really needed it. Your prayer
is part of the great Divine Plan to bring all humanity back to God. This is
God’s
way of saving the unbelieving ones all over earth. One day God will roll it
all up in one big bundle and return the miracle back to you.
December 14, 1964 No one needs to allow a vibration to leave the place in which he is now dwelling.
We must cleanse subconscious cellars, a shovelful at a time. They smell, and
we must go to our basements and be smell chasers.
When you pray for a miracle, God bestows a miracle in the world when needed.
He uses our seemingly unanswered prayers to raise humanity.
The person who has a miracle does not have to have great faith, but he cannot
repudiate the miracle or it does not last. When the faith of one on the outside
brings a miracle, but the individual who received the miracle has a shadow
of skepticism, it does not last.
When someone schedules surgery here, under prayer, the Guards take the individual
in his desire body to an inner hospital for surgery there and they heal the
physical here. Joy and praise brings new substance through here.
God uses you in spite of your frailties, sometimes seemingly beyond your ability.
He asks it of you because not only Terra but Universes are at stake. They are
all one. You are the pacesetters. Rejoice and be glad for the burdens. You
notice burdens only when you have inner conflict do. Joy and rejoicing lift
everything.
Your output doubles and you shorten time when your output is greater than the
need.
Those who make the loudest noises and misuse Power are doing the most good
in the world, for they are using the last of evil and will be unable to create
more.
Therefore, rejoice over evil ones, and the more it looks like evil taking over,
time is shortened. This saves you from being initiators. Rejoice that they
like it and save you from going down into it.
Fear is the beginning of wisdom and those who fear enough will turn to God
and be saved. Speak the word to turn their dark words into good. Your pearl
of great
price is to rejoice, be glad and declare good. You sell out your disgruntlements,
criticism and idle words.
Attention to detail and no idle words will ascend you to Heaven. Law combines
stealing time with lack of courtesy and being involved with self. If you break
one Law, you break them all.
December 17, 1964 You have prayer, praise, and worship to climb on. Others are healed and lifted
according to the degree of your acceptance of the blame. Move from prayer to
worship. How wonderful God is.
God knows where the Power is needed when you release it. It is our loyalty
to our Lord and to God our Father, and this loyalty will be expressed in devotion.
Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, grab, and wait a minute for the Light to
descend.
Picture the Master on the Mount of Transfiguration. See a vision of the Master
in front of the person, then you can’t be severe.
The minute you have a guilt complex, you are challenging yourself to pay the
debts. If it is a must, do it and get it over with, but you need not challenge
yourself when you have done it all before, such as Edna Miriam not liking to
write on a train. Are you a laggard when you don’t do it, or do you take
the respite as a gift from God and not think yourself a laggard? This applies
to taking hours off when you need to rest up, and it is good.
Up to a certain age, ignorance and innocence can be legalized partially as
an excuse. Beyond that it cannot be done because the Guards and Fathers can
pick
up the bill only so long. After that, the lessons have to come with full impact
until the lesson is learned, and it is a matter of being cruel or soft. When
a lesson must be put into words, we have a debt to pay on being cruel, and
great is the debt when blame is given for the cruelty.
Every laugh, smile and hour of rejoicing furnishes needed credits for past
Initiations. Our Begotten Fathers go through Initiations with us, and pass
or fail according
to our performance. Mark this well! |
