January 12, 1953 What each receives is according to that one’s faith. How is the state of your faith? Are you sharing your faith with evil? If you are living by earth’s standards, the outer truth of appearance part-time and part-time by the full faith of God, your results will be indifferent. Only when man reaches up and holds fast to the Faith of God and stands in the full Light, filled with Light only, ignoring completely and forever all thoughts of earth and earth’s ways, can man have Miracle upon Miracle every day of the year.
You have the wisdom to distinguish between the Light and the dark of evil. Evil, darkness and possession speak thus: "Try this just once for thy own pleasure of sensation and self-satisfaction." Ascending ways say: "Arise. Give up self. Seek nothing for self but give all in surrender to be used by Light." Mistakes are impossible when you live in the Light, facing the Light, letting Light use you, withstanding all things in joy, agreeing with all adversaries, singing songs of joy, though persecuted, enduring all things in joy, and never giving a thought to the self, praising God, thanking and loving the Father better than anything earth can fashion.
"I have made up my mind that I AM using only God-strength, God-Power, God-Love, God-Glory. I AM an overflowing chalice of Love-Light, even as a lake overflows, being fed and filled from above, giving from below, giving from God’s River of Life, ever holding myself free of weeds and my channels free of the obstacles of self."
God is for us, and no man can be against us. With these definite Success Goals ever before us, and our Faith Banners flying over our heads in unconquerable persistence, we will reach the heights. Never have I been so positive over anything as over our present rightness and Ascension. This is our year of full Glory and outer exaltation, I know!
You return to God on your love of God. We give no excuses for doing for God.
Never have I been so sure of God’s Power, His Glory, His Presence. Never have I loved Him so much, nor been so positive that He can, He does, He is fulfilling all His promises. Make dynamic, generous and extravagant decrees in His Name. Hold in Unconquerable Faith and a Love magnificent and everlasting and in it no taint of darkness nor tinge of adultery. Open the Gates of Lent with songs of praise upon your lips, prayers of praise winging themselves to God. All Thrones and Altars wait to release doubled Power upon you. All Substance, initialized and ready for miracles waits upon your "let." It shall become your desires. Speak the word "let" and make it good for all. Let no doubt destroy your work anytime. Search for hidden spots. Lift them in surrender. This shall be a glorious Lent, great in Illumination, great in joy and questions answered. Hold. Love enough.
Ash Wednesday Open yourself for complete healing. Surrender in full and not in part. Be in praise and thanksgiving to open Lent. Stand. Flood the kingdoms of earth with Power. Search for hidden flaws. Earth shall be lifted and evil brought into the open. Pray. Praise. Sing. Ascend. Hold fast and together stand. The descending Glory is that which fulfills miracles. Let Love fulfill all Law of good. The Power today is greater than any for thousands of years, tremendous. Are you ready for this Power to come through you, through your vocal cords to express the Glory of God? You have all before you. Your task is laid out before you. One thing only is left for you to do, to surrender and give up all self to the Light, Love and Power of God. Miracle upon miracle shall descend upon you. Surrender to God to be His expression and Glory, His Light to shine on earth. When faith and desire become a Marriage of the Lamb, it moves mountains. Joy is the key that opens the Kingdom that Light and Substance may descend. Hold fast to all gains and all things shall come to pass. Surrender. Remember praise and prayer. Be the Law of Joy, which is contagious.
I am holding you very close today, as always, with the "arms of my heart." This is a Day of Rejoicing. Heaven is alive with such Glory as I have never before witnessed. We partake of this Glory freely, just for loving God enough as One. We are One in that heart and purpose. That purpose, to ascend higher and higher until all dross is burned away and we shine with the shining Shekinah Glory. Radiant, free, divine in our new bodies of Light. It shall "come to pass," all our dreams of love.
Your desire for perfection aids you to hold high places. However, you must truly dig out and scrape clean the "inner platter." There is need for a greater sincerity in the actual "giving up" of the selfish hanging onto one’s own opinions and the pride of self-opinions that causes such a self-satisfaction and desire to be found right. What matter that another has the fame of self-exaltation? Give up! Be at peace within.
I know the Glory in your soul, and I also know that the coming Easter descent of the Holy Ghost is going to burn out long-ago-crystalized self! There comes a time in Ascension when one can never again forget God’s high calling, when the tongue can no longer hurt or offend. You are there now.
Again, make sacrifice of self on details, for therein lies the only true way of Ascension. Self-discipline may best be done in these small things. When so done, you build up self-conquering for handling all things greater in nature. Memorize one Beatitude each week or any other verse of Promise. Look over notes on the Laws, repeating one each night before sleep.
Before Easter I began to declare a statement I’ve only needed three times, each time with large results. It was, "Now is the time for all my talents and abilities to be used in a big way in the outer world, to earn big money. I will take or do anything sent to me, but it has to be big!"
I am doing God’s work as well as I know how, and He always has and always will pour out His Abundance upon all of us. The Windows of Heaven and its doors are wide open now. I know. Anything you do will be perfect!
I accept everything and never blame or condemn, no matter what! Look at what the Father has given you for the little you have given Him! Look at what He has built physically! He remade your eye cells, head cells, etc., and by noon next day you have torn it all down by your negatives about it! Your medulla is all clean, completely clean! Pure. Your glands are open. What if there is pain? Anything coming back pains! What of it? Pay no attention to it and move on! Pass it back. Take it on. Bring your body with you. Lift it high into Light. Let God heal it. Do you think God can’t heal it? Don’t you believe He can heal anything? Don’t you hold out on God. You don’t do it! Let God do it! He is your strength. When you move down and think you have to do it, your head is closed and the Power can’t move in, then there’s a backfiring in head. Practice constantly living above head center. Do everything from there. Lift up all obstacles and give them to God. Let Him do everything. You do nothing, but work out your salvation here below.
What is the difference between taking a chance and taking advantage of an opportunity? Taking a chance is usually small disobedience that leads to a large disobedience. Taking advantage of an opportunity is easy when you pay attention to details always. Taking chances usually deals with the small initiations. Ask yourself, if it is not right for all to do every time, is it right for me to do it once? It takes but one to stand against what comes from the mouths of men. They can fuss, stew and stir, yet nothing happens. What if Jesus had stood before Lazarus and said, "You stink." No matter what it is, declare it good right now. It is perfect! The Law is coming through them as absolute perfection. Every individual has an aura, according to his degree and kind. If the White Light of the Christ surrounds you, and you declare for another, Light works through his aura and his Guards cone him. The Master does the healing, but you put him in a Pillar of Fire, which can penetrate any cover. You can walk in a Sphere of Light and surround yourself in a Pillar of Fire. Put others into a Pillar of Fire first for purging, then into a Sphere of Light for healing. If you lose your contact and turn this great intake outward, or when someone of highest responsibility does not keep his Vows, he cools off. The first sign is letting outer things take over your life. When someone cannot hold the pure White Light of the Christ, he "stinks." He may think he prays, but drops back to adeptship. First he loses his high, fervent point, then cannot hold high consciousness. Finally, he forgets former revelations and what revelations are! Worse, he may become less responsible, he may lose his sense of responsibility not to build greater karma. This is divine protection, or he could charge greater debts than he can pay. When such people return, we say, "Hello! We’re glad to see you." This is the Law of the universe. God says, "Child, welcome." The prodigal son is our example. GOD in Heaven is GOOD on earth and we call God’s name (GOOD) on all creations; this is the three (GOD) falling into the four (GOOD). It overcomes all, sets aside all medical law, causes the great miracle and medical law cannot affect the physical body. What doctors say doesn’t mean a thing. Let the desire body grow from the vapor stage into outer appearance; I Corinthians 15 speaks of the corruptible and incorruptible. Cells are filled with molecules (desire body) and inside are atoms, which are the source of energy! This is Law and no doctor can set it aside. Words create! It works this way. We must pay more world karma. People say, "I need more peace. I can’t take this!" Edna Miriam has paid repeatedly for her people’s indifference and lukewarmness. It is indifference and lukewarmness if you do not grow 10,000 times greater and hotter every day. She does the urging, yanking and hitching and is responsible for all credits needed. Remember that there is no rest for you spiritually, no peace outside God. We must pay for unconscious letting down. You have not declared your creations good. Do you think you have touched the epitome of love for your Father to the greatest of your ability? Be devotional before the altar greater than before. Love is the greatest Power to save Terra. Surround all with spheres and walls of fire, McCarthy and those he touches and for all you can vision! Seek God first to release Almighty Power first and declare all good. Watch! If everyone had held steadfastly for three years, it would be here now. Light could have absorbed much. It takes a great group for prayers to go on completely and always. A few, not thousands! Through love enough, Light can absorb that darkness. When Light cannot absorb it, they must act it out.
Nerves are brought together in small bunches [ganglia] in the medulla. We take our soul record with us in medulla neurons during transit and on soul flights. These are desire body brain cells, called memory cells. We open the soul records when we open brain cells. Illumination is a burst of Light as brain cells open, then they slough an oily residue. We must extend our consciousness over there during prayer while seeking to build pictures of the inner to open brain cells. Prayer must be threefold. First it must be a devotional attitude toward Principle and Power greater than self. Second, you must turn imagination upward, extend it toward the universe and picture how small the portion is. Imagine this current of life flowing around a planet, around earth. Visualizing something greater than earth means an awakening. Third, do not pray from inside your body. Why pray to a god inside the room? Expand to find God above! The universe is great and God fills the universe. God must be great and have form! I like to feel that I pray to God before an Altar. Ascend into the magnificence of the universe! A miracle is an acceleration of natural law that eliminates delay. We enter that place where we "see" and we make it manifest. Under prayer and burning desire, we set aside time and space and substance hastens into form. Expand yourself into a timeless, spaceless consciousness and Law acts accordingly, instantly. No one is equal on earth or in Heaven. The one who lives a good life on earth and doesn’t cheat goes farther in Heaven than the one who is "sharp" in business. We don’t earn our inner place by performance and practice but by credits for the perfection of our desire for perfection! It is a matter of choice! We accept the fact that we must become Law without talking about it. When you are tolerant, you don’t think or talk about becoming tolerant. One who says, "I am tolerant," is talking about it! You don’t know you are tolerant, you just are! Forgiveness has three stages. First, "I’ll forgive but she had better not do it again." Second is "Father, forgive them, they know not what they do." Third is "Father, forgive me lest I cause my brother to stumble." The practice of this is not easy. "Father, let me walk on this line of Light and never cause my brother to stumble." You’ll never be "seen" doing this. As you ascend in consciousness, you reach the vapor stage of walking on water! All war is the boomerang return of force to the Children of God and Men. We are lifting this when we pray for the healing of the Kremlin, etc. Refuse to declare anything less than good. Loose the other fellow and let him go! "What is that to thee? Follow thou me." These are the laws of the ascending Creator gods. Belief is finite, but faith is unconquerable. We draw upon atomic energy for eternal youth. The petals of the lotuses are flames. What do you believe? It is your privilege to be taken to classes of hidden wisdom. Do extend your consciousness to the Sun for prayer. Raise your consciousness up to the clouds first and feel the effect, the reaction of Power and aliveness in your physical body. When one is selfish, he is frozen in his body. When you lift, gesture with a lifting motion and declare that the body is alive and glowing. Send up the desire and atomic bodies to be filled with sun fire and when they return, the physical will be filled with life.
Joyous devotion to God is the moving activity of all fulfillment. For one who yearns to write: Practice! Have the artistic, creative urge, pure artistry. Do not lose a word, line or phrase that you hear. Prepare the atmosphere yourself. Get ready!
The little self has caused much delay, yet slowly you lift this lesser intelligence. The reason you have been feeling complete bondage is that every time you have allowed self to rule you, self has bound your hands. It is only when the Holy Ghost is moving through you in full Power that the bonds are broken and you feel free. As your measuring rod to compare each action from now on, use only your greatest moment of highest exaltation of Love and Devotion to the point of melting surrender. This is that for which you must exchange anger, since it is an equal distance to either point, high or low. This is your conquering courage. What do you desire to become, creature or Creator god? Heaven awaits your full competent servicing of the Holy Ghost. You shall become, through doing, the perfected instrument of Glory, and the keynote is in the word doing. Be conscious of noble birth, not in self-congratulation but in soul humility of purpose. 1. What is worth the loss of one moment of Ascension? 2. Does the self-satisfaction of letting go bring enough joy to pay dividends? 3. Do I understand the full meaning of surrender? 4. Do I seek the highest comprehension? 5. What is my goal? 6. Whose pathway am I following, the world or the Master’s? Hold your high decisions.
Many faith healers are master adepts, but people worship them. They take credit on the outside in their adulation, which uses their souls’ substance, but the thousands who adore them pour out their soul substance to renew them. Someone must open the Gates for the master adepts of the world to go through. It is your responsibility to hold those they heal.
Gossip, even done in explanation of our work, is illegal, and you must go to the altar on your knees afterward. If you tell of someone who has a diagnosis of cancer and go into detail about what doctors said or say that it is incurable, it is illegal because you are looking at darkness. Don’t bother with guilt. All guilt complexes are rooted in self-pity, so go up and pay your debt while you release Power! What do you think is consideration of darkness? Various answers: When I feed it by my words. Seeing darkness. Everything negative. Misuse of Power or Substance. Recognize it first, then see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. If I harbor anything in my consciousness that is not in the love or wisdom of God, or anything that is unlike God. When we consider, discuss and build patterns of someone with disease, we encase the patient within it and it takes days of work to loosen him. Just say, "He has a fever," and lift it, nothing more. If we know about the doctor, pray for him. Some deny disease, but we say, "Let it be made Light. It is lifted, melted, dissolved and absorbed in the devouring ray of the Mother." What good is new information to you when you are not living up to the responsibility of that which you already have? If you want information, stick to the meaning of this work: Pray and lift instantly. You can have no Christ consciousness without the devotional joy vibration. Ask yourself, "Who is getting up this morning, little me or I AM?" The Lords of Karma are there to shovel up your debts. It is a point of self-flattery when you think that you can set your own punishments and wallow in them. It is what you create by looking into the past that trips you and makes new karma. Past karma is easily handled through prayer. Just to love God enough pays all the debt. You can make a mold, but you set the pattern by your prayers. When someone prays for you, he builds a new rung on the ladder for you to climb. We must devote ourselves to prayer to touch the Thrones and release Power. When will you believe that our burden is pure Light? The very height of your glory depends upon what you drag into the group. Let the one who brings in a mess for lifting be the last one to pray so that the rest of your prayers lift it and her through the Gates. After prayers, vitalize the world. Now I ask you, what is darkness? Darkness is force, and when one cannot handle the situation with love, it is flirting with darkness. When you consider only God in your relationship with the situation or person, then you can handle it without using force. From that high point, you can say, "You don’t mean that." If you do not wear your robes and crowns in your kitchens, what good are they to you? When poise should be your crown, you allow confusion to bring you down. Make your kitchens your highest point. Move up. Hold your poise. Never consider darkness. Never say, "If I could only have five minutes alone." Just take a breath and go up. Remember who you are.
Do you not remember that a little poison will ruin much water? Just so. Negatives about your eyes adulterate the whole stream of life flowing through you. As to wealth, you are perfect. It flows in a continuous manner without doubt, without fear, without withholding that you shall have wealth. No outside opinions ever cause you to change your wealth idea. With only a few cents in your pockets, you are still wealthy, finding it easy to ignore the condition. Yet as to eyes, you declare weakness because of outer conditions! The same Law applies to both or 10,000 other matters. Small conditions causing negative statements will color every line that is up, and will be anchors, holding one to the past or such heartbreaking delay. (No task is too hard or too long or too fine, no matter what; you must declare this). God can bring a miracle to pass upon the declaration of His Glory. Do you believe God wants you to go blind? I believe you can see that this is a final Regent’s examination. Now if you will honestly, very honestly, loyally to God, with honor to God, work this out now, your declarations every hour that your eyes are the eyes of Glory of God, old eyes being rebuilt, then this one thing can begin to weave the strands. Work while you are waiting, harder than you ever have before. Accept and thank the Father for opening doors, ways, places and pocketbook. "God is good" is the greatest statement anyone on earth can make. It will start wealth flowing as an avalanche down a mountainside.
Like Job, we are motes in the balance, then we go back "a little higher than the angels." We have gone back! We have been in it, enjoyed it and by deliberate intent we choose to return a little higher than the angels.
Every sermon is different, even when on the same text, because no two ministers teach the same way or use the same approach. Ministers minister unto others. Each must wait upon the Lord his own way, according to his comprehension of love, Light and glory. Those ministered unto must still work out their own approach to God. They may seek too hard and in so many ways that they fail to find Him after they have found where He is! These are the "floaters" who wait for God to find them!
Everyone goes through the grey fields, where they hear about and talk about truth. In the fields of color, they use force and their voices become coarse and raucous. Yet this is the point of "doing." When they move up, it becomes the fields of the Golden Silence. As you become, the Voice of Silence possesses you. As you go out at night, the Master may walk toward you across the silver field, but you can go directly to the Golden Silence. At times when earth has called you, you plod through the grey fields first. We tear down and misuse the substance of our own golden tunnel, then we have trouble getting back. If we are not willing to plod, we dangle. Get your personal history cleaned up first. Put every episode on a cloud. Sentimentality covers a fear. Yours tears about the past have dropped into your heart, but you have not all erased the memory impressions. Your life has been filled with hurts and disappointments, all in your youth. When you refuse to take responsibility, you are flattering yourself. You do not fear to take responsibility, but flatter self. You are responsible for surrendering, and when that becomes a fact, the Law Edna Miriam has taught you will make you Law. The compassion of the Lord Jesus Christ holds everyone in their own place under God or up to their highest point of honor.
If you want to make a contact, ask before you sleep at night. Go up on a cloud, float above your body, engage the subconscious with the egoic consciousness and say, "I am breathing the fragrance of the Tree of Life. I am one of its blossoms." Go to bed to rest up, and stretch out on a cloud. When you say, "I am so tired," you hold the bed down. Declare that you are in a funnel of Light that nothing can touch, and the last thing the subconscious mind knows is that it is on a cloud. When you can think of a cloud, you are in the vapor stage that will continue all night, creating the sense of a weightless body. You will be breathing the 5th atomic breath that inflates the atomic of every cell, and you will be Light. From there you say, "Father, please send a Guard to conduct me to the right place," to form a path of Light. Thirty-three is the number of the Christos Order. You open the I AM center on the Wisdom Ray when you complete 33 Degrees and open Intuition and Illumination. The letters, GOD can be enfolded to form a vertically divided circle that symbolizes the individual on earth operating from the heart. You cannot graduate with your class if you quit. Every agnostic is a descended Creator god who has enough intellect to talk about it. One seed of life ripens at the sacrum plexus of the desire body every 28 days at the full moon in those who aspire. Aspiration is the basis of prayer. With the first aspiration, we breathe the four higher breaths through the crown, down the spine to the sacrum and back to the head. The four breaths are earth, water, air and fire. "I am a chalice, blossoming and over flowing into the world." The molecular desire body is a duplicate of the physical. It is filled with atomic mental body, which is the source of power. A withered limb indicates that no power is in it. An atom does not know how to grow old. It is a matter of choice. The seed whirls when you breath the 6th breath. Edna Miriam held one hand over the other to illustrate how the desire body should exactly fit over the physical as a five-pointed star. You have physical ills if the desire body is out of balance. Straighten your back, and breathe deeply to balance yourself in the body. You freeze yourself into the body unless you take care of it at night. You vitalize the seed of life when you breathe deeply enough to know that you are getting Light and Power. The medulla oblongata is the repository of past memories and they sink to the solar plexus for lifting. As the seed of life moves up to the crown, Light waters the pineal, pituitary and brain cells. When the seed of life rises to the crown, it vitalizes crystallized memories that descend to the solar plexus for emotional lifting. This is how you lift karma and open past life memories. As you open new lives, your memory of this life open back through childhood. The Fathers use these openings to lift confused impressions of this life. They use the same cleansing process on this and past lives. As we lift and cleanse a memory, Light bursts at the solar plexus, driving the Creative Fire up to the head, opening the eleven, sixteen and thousand-petaled lotuses. When the seed rises and explodes into the head nerves, it electrifies their phosphorescent tips into what we call a halo. This is simply the thousand-petaled lotus whirling in the golden bowl. A seed also ripens at the full moon, and those who lose control at the full moon explode. The fully vitalized seed of life is genius. When the parent cells meet in the ark of the mother, the Guards o’ershadow and bring to earth a soul to invest the mother or father’s cell. When both cells are invested, a genius results. If you do not "dry up" the atomic body, the seeds of life continue to ripen. You die out at the top if you allow the atomic body to deflate. Of what substance is the earth and the heavens made? (Light.) Do I love enough? Am I good enough? Is my effort great enough?
A letter excerpt My arms have been reaching out to you to aid you in "bridging this present Abyss!" It is a ditch dug many incarnations ago which you have not filled yet! Consequently, you keep falling into it every month as it swings round through the Decans. The same old thing – self-justification, make everybody else to blame, make ‘em wrong so I "I" can be right. Then, self-righteous anger to cover up my own failure to dig out forever all self! I’m holding you. Always. Nothing you can think or do shall ever take you out of my arms and heart. You are now in your own right place doing your right work. God’s right work for you now! If this were not so, you’d certainly be somewhere else! This is Law! Let’s polish ourselves right where we now are. With what we have to do now! Please? Please? I love you SO! It is not our business what anyone else on earth does or does not do! It is us I’m talking about, us – responsible for paying the debts of everyone else on earth! You know this, you know you do! So! Come up! Now! Be glorious. Be free of that petty self forever.
Watch and watch ever more fervently for small and treacherous and hidden emotions of and to the self – cleanse thy heart again and again. Hide no small thing of "missing" even a small portion of the "high mark and calling."
There is no loss. Ever! God adds always.
Love God enough, and Power moves through. When you repeatedly declare for good eyes, you believe that your eyes are bad. As long as you keep on asking, you don’t believe. Say, "Father, I love you, and I am using your holy vision." You close out seeing and hearing when you hold onto your need for perfect eyes. Pray once about the need, but if you ask again, you don’t believe. You can’t be loving God completely when you have centered your mind on something negative. Love Him at the white point of heat. Edna Miriam could have the heat on and you could freeze! Thus, you love God, but if you don’t rejoice, you don’t love God enough! "Father, I am thanking you while rejoicing for all favors to come" is how to draw abundance from God’s reserve bank. We give mostly lip service because we don’t comprehend all that God gives for the world. Our memory cells open as we love God and ascend. The lotus centers whirl as Edna Miriam whirls her hands over our eyes. God works up! It can evaporate if we descend in consciousness when we go out into the world. You see with a whirling motion from here to over there, and when you are there, the whirling motion indraws and you see down here. Initiation consists in becoming selfless in service when it is needed under guidance from the great Councils through the Great Guards. If your eye is single, you become Light. "My home has become a place of glory, a place of my bridging the abyss. It has become a new home inside and out. It has become easier and easier to care for because I love it more and more. Bless and surround Thy servant, Thy child of Light." Let the Flame of Fire from above that consumes all else unlike itself possess you. "I am now possessed by the Fire of the Flame of Immortal Life, and all that I do is touched by its Glory." (Use this constantly and see the Glory of God descend upon you.) Lift all of that which I have done to others, rather than what they have done to me. Let all force unleashed, loosened, crystallization, dislodged, past and present now be ascended, lifted from earth forever into the Heart of the Fire, to be added once more as Power to the purified Substance from which it was separated by misuse.
We must verbally express to lift or to send out Power. We radiate through our voice what we subconsciously know. The other fellow hears in our tone what touches his particular boils. We must cleanse the subconscious until we are pure in heart so we do not offend. The vibration we send forth is like a two-edged sword. The difference between criticism and instantaneous vision to lift darkness is the speed with which one recognizes a soul-empty place and looks up to become the instrument through which Love fills the space.
Joy takes it from the realm of the mysterious to the realm of the miraculous, and accelerates it to become Law. This is a pearl of truth that the Elect laid down when they descended. Joy is the master switch that turns on the light throughout our house. The Master is the great transformer, and when he came here, earth had become dark. Blood carries the appropriative quality of the Father-Mother, which is Energy. As the Son of Man, he could transform flesh and blood, the Substance of God, so he was the "light of the world." His outer physical looked human. If you prefer to tinker with the material world (your desire for credits), you light part of your house, but the great power is in the master switch. Five years ago, our bodies could not have taken this present power. We are living with desire body hearts and it makes us so sensitive that we must ascend and turn on the master switch. When you reach that higher sensitivity, the realms of idealism where the Master said "What is that to you? Follow me," it seems as though the devil himself is crucifying you. You take on the negativity if you tinker with the little switches in the basement. If you turn on the master switch of compassion, understanding and giving, you only feel sorry and love the individual. You become the Law of Service, and the release of Power does it. Daniel stood in the lion’s den in step with God and out of step with the world. He tuned out the lions’ animalistic desire for food and ascended to God’s spirituality. Irrefutable scientific logic dictates that unseen power must exist because the stars hang in space. Thus, science admits a source of power. Science did not understand the nature of cells, but that said that Light is the Source and opened the way. We must cleanse the poisons from the medulla oblongata to open the memory cells. What comes up from the subconscious or a blow from the outside hurts, but the blow of force expels the crystallized substance into the stream of life (bloodstream). When ice cubes hit hot water, they crack. All crystallization must be cracked with a bang. The force of the blow loosens karma, and you can tell how hard it was to redeem by the greatness of the blow. We must do it this way, by a violent approach, because we no longer have time to melt it cube by cube. Today’s selfless vision becomes tomorrow’s exalted expanded living. We must give, which creates the vacuum to receive, or it becomes opinion and prejudice.
Now you are ready to stand in your own room of Light under the Light, and from there to release the Power, the Love, the Wisdom, Illumination, Faith, Joy and above all Compassion upon earth. The more constant your standing under the Light, the greater the miracle each hour, for the name of the Light is "Miracle." When the Light possesses one, one becomes the miracle, and the miracle releases the ultimate in perfection, which demands transformation into itself. When one’s body does not respond, or any part of it hurts, one is not a miracle and the part that hurts is "soul-empty." When it is time for an individual to accept a healing directly from God, but they depend upon a healer or a doctor, then the Masters must heal the healers or doctors to a high point to give the release of Power to equal what this individual could get directly, which takes quite a little time. When the individual puts dependence upon the doctor, we must lift the doctor in vibration to where the high Power can go through. This is true, whether the individual places dependence upon a human agency, such as a doctor, a healer, massage, colonic treatments, an x-ray machine or drugs. The miracle that could have come directly through is diluted to go through all these agents. This may not always appear to be true, because the Power that is already going through the healers, including doctors, is great enough to heal the lesser grades, such as the children of earth. This is true only for the Elect, who can go directly to the Source. Your next step in Ascension is outlined in Steadfastness. Read the whole of the Book of James and take out the verses of Law. Read the verses and ponder them, and accept as you ponder them. For these chapters are the outlines of living until 12th Night. James outlines the cleansing of the subsoul and tells of the negative things you can go stray on, and makes laws for the overcoming. John 1 tells you of the Logos and helps you tune in on Jesus the Christ.
October 20, 1953 the Gates of Light will close to the First Life Wave of Ascending Gods. Each Life Wave must have Rulers; they are drawn from the strongest of the conquerors. Darwin’s creatures that evolved into humans occupy the Seventh Life Wave. As they climb the scale and develop their endocrine systems, they are endowed with soul portions. So they ascend gradually. One hundred forty-four thousand is the name of the First Life Wave. One is man as a Creator standing upright in the Garden of Eden. Forty-four symbolizes the pine tree emblem of the pineal gland. The three zeros symbolize how we unify our subsoul, egoic soul and Oversoul into oneness with God as the Source to be o’ershadowed. We spread the wings of our souls on the ritual before a sermon. We come not for the words, but to spread our wings. A butterfly folds its wings over its back until its transition in autumn, then its stretches its wings overhead. A butterfly knows nothing of dragging its wings in the world’s mire. We have the power to hold our wings overhead and to fly onward and upward anytime.
I AM I pineal gland A Creative Fire M Mother of Heaven Love is the Substance, Wisdom builds the frame, and the Son is the carrier. The sacrum plexus center is the seat of Love and Desire. The Creative Fire must ascend the spine to reach Will, Illumination and Wisdom. Desire ascends from the solar plexus, the me-center, and coaxes the Creative Fire to follow after it passes the throat I-center. When Desire ascends to the brow center, thebase of personal will, then Will and Desire mate. They live in separate rooms of the same house. When Desire ascends, it puts personal Will on the crossbar. Free Will is the freedom to use the faculty of Will through Wisdom. Free will is the perfection of the Wisdom of God. Our Will is free only when we allow Wisdom to use us. "Free will" is our name when the Holy Ghost is using us. We give up the vacillation of self and choosing the negative. Self is the only thing we can give up. War is how nations use free will in selfishness and negativity. Force is the negative expression of free will. The art of loving is the ability to adjust to others without imposing our will on them. We agree with God that this is good, and adjust to outer circumstances. Even when it "smells," we say "This is good to lift." Whenever you visualize, picture everyone else receiving also. That image forms in their star to release whatever they lack, a car, house, money, health. The substance is never lacking, but comes through always. You must go to your Source to begin the vibration. We had to climb to the Source first to register our vows of intention. We all must make vows of practice on All Souls Day, yet the height of our vows of intention confers the guts to keep our vows of practice. As you adjust your use of Will to remain inside your aura, when you have retreated these points of Will within your auric substance, you will find that you will be consulted, considered, treated gently, and your advice will be sought. Once you bring in those points, you will know the true freedom of the Emanation of Wisdom, which agrees with the All. Certain traits are unbecoming to you. You do not know the power behind the freedom of the Love of God. Let the Holy Ghost possess you, for it is perfect. You are free and it doth not yet appear how free that supreme freedom can be. Free Will is God in action, and evil cannot touch it. God cannot take black magic away or its practitioners. We can only lift them, surround them in Light. Even as our prayers have lifted and healed, so shall our prayers bring this to pass as speedily as may be. Every jot and tittle of darkness must be absorbed, and God does need transforming stations on earth for lifting. We receive a thousand credits for each o’ershadowing. Tonight, before you go to sleep, say "I wish to fulfill my duties tonight," and it shall be so. Our Oversouls know what to do, but must have the consent of our egoic souls here. We must watch our step because life will become one greased pole after another, but we can lift it beautifully. It is a matter of choice. We’ll be held in arms of miracles that will leave us gasping. We can lift others, but we must return under our own steam. The more often you go up for inspiration in writing, and practice here, the more new brain cells you open. Love and wisdom will guide you. You cannot hook people by love as easily as you can hook them by their animosities and hatred. The load is almost upon the top of the hill, yet a little lifting and pushing remain. Exalt heaven, and praise earth, declaring it good to lift. Love has been and shall be an irresistible power as it goes forth on joy in exaltation. It opens all doors. It burns all barriers.
No matter what hits you, the answer is going up for more Light, a heavier stream of Light. Light is the heavy stream of water to put out the blaze. No variation is possible. You go up. "This is good to lift."
All Vows had to be recorded at the Source, but no one was able to be that perfect in practice. So the Councils decided that to get us back home, they would credit and record the vows of intention at the Crown, but record vows of ability to practice only as high as the weakest spot would allow their Ascension. They had to be merciful or no one could have come back. The Vows of Intention are absolutely pure in everybody, as pure as God. Those vows were great enough to be registered. Do you want your vows of practice to move up to them? Your words are your thermometers. It is your gadget for measuring. God is inevitable. How can He miss? When somebody does something miserable to you, stick some joy on yourself and declare them perfect. Only a few can ride the clouds of Glory, giving no recognition to the mud, the quicksand, the blows, the kicks or the scoldings of earth. There is only one response: "This is good to lift now. I have no past. I am too busy planning my future." God does not know what we want unless we get at it and show Him what we can do. We will never have a time when we can do what we please. We have so much to do. Our Initiations since we have been with Edna Miriam have all been the crucifixion of self. Self-pity gnaws at the nerves. With all the Glories of Heaven ready to descend on you, you are going to stay up! She has in vested her life and her love. You are on the altar with every word you speak, not to look smug or virtuous.
When you have forgiven the past, when you ask God to forgive you for being so dumb all your past life, then you will forget and that is forgiveness.
It has been a long struggle up out of the quicksand of self. You go out to give. You go out to treat and with the idea of taking the Light to the world. Delay is good. You are earning your way back to God. Keep after it. Don’t let it go. Just keep on and keep on.
Remember always to make sacrifice of your pride and any certain subtle intolerance. These have held you back. Do not let them rise now. Conquer them at all cost to self, and know that you shall bring to pass every dream of your heart.
Righteousness is vision in action. The right eye is the materialistic side, which represents love of power, willfulness, rebellion, arrogance, and pride of position, fame and glory, creating small karmic debts that accumulate into one large karmic debt to pay. When you treat eyes, include everyone, letting your treatment rip at the veils of Maya over their eyes. "I am standing in the Light, free, waiting upon the Lord without regard for what anybody is saying, thinking or doing. I am loving." You just don’t see any darkness because the Light has gone through and lifted it. Headache pain on the right side of the crown means that some material things remain to be lifted. The "dweller on the threshold" is scotched, shattered, has no more form, but you still have to pick up the pieces, the little odds and ends. Your job is to mother them all, but how could you when you needed mothering yourself? You couldn’t take the Light while you collapsed on it. You receive no credits for it because you must be responsible, even where you can’t see a blunder or don’t know. "This one thing I do" is reaching for the Light. You cannot be the spiritual mother until you stand where nothing can disturb or touch you. "I am the Light." See the need and hold yourself ready in the Light. Move there to be alone in your sanctuary. We are successful in our service here and on earth. We can hold our plans on a cloud for fulfillment and those whom we place in a room of Light are held in Light. The bonds of Light are serene, unfailing, sustaining and satisfying to the soul. We do not leave them without nourishment, for we hold everything placed in our hands always. The same strengths, the same continuous holding in serenity and in poise shall take all of our creations, all of our responsibilities, and the lines gathered into our hands, from this high point to the next one, and there is a next higher point to which all must be lifted. Only by having something to lift can we be lifted higher. Go through the narrow way, the up way and the right way. Get them to fish on the right side of the boat. Each of us has our personal Book of Life, and our own special divine guidance. You are appointed full responsibility for mothering, and it is a full responsibility. A mother hen cannot collapse upon her brood. A mother hen sits over them lightly with her hovering wings outspread. Use them lightly – in fact, so lightly that no one knows that you are brooding, and this shall be the exaltation of your glory in the Silence, knowing the extension of your brooding abilities.
Possess your own body! Move in all the way to your toes. Those who are "weak in the knees" feel so because they have breathed into their bodies no farther. Atomic radiation is helping us all to slough the old physical, and to ascend to our molecular Venus bodies. Breathe your own soul substance. Make your body a chalice to be filled with new Substance.
God never stops communicating and every word carries a different vibration. The Lord’s Prayer is our basis. Are you afraid of increasing the power and dynamism of your statements of truth? Let them be great. "Let it be the greatest thing ever on earth." When God said "Let there be Light," it condensed itself into Substance.
Walk softly, speak gently, but also with a firm briskness of love, no harshness or force in it, alive and vital that brooks no interference from darkness. Move up and become love. If you are conscious of loving, you have not become love. When you have become love, you cannot judge other. Love grabs darkness, like picking up dirt from the floor, but does not judge it. Reverend Moffat said, "It is love when your neighbor has a hole in his shoe and your foot is cold."
Our goal is to become the acme of perfection! When you have learned to handle your worst favorite, nothing in the world could get you down. You have built an escape crust, a garment of invisibility so that others could not see you. Yet we must become stark naked of soul, for until we can become soul-naked, with nothing left to hide or hide from, how can we be of any use to God? So you will carry on more of the same digging until you scrape the platter clean. Your meticulous attention on the outer shows your inner desire. For those who are critical and nasty, put crosses over their lips and declare that "Each is possessed by the Living God and speaks only under Divine Inspiration."
Wash your hands after dealing with a negative vibration, whether over the phone or in person, shaking hands. You draw out congestion with the left hand. To treat the heart, place the left hand above the right and squeeze and breathe in, then open your hands and breathe out.
We must be flexible to meet the challenges and demands of other people. We must be 50 laps ahead of them in all relationships. You can’t hold a position when you are sometimes up, sometimes down. You must earn love, not be loved "in spite of." Grief breeds resentment. You are either worthy of your position or not. Do you love because of God or not? Do you want credit or do you not? Do you want credit here or in Heaven? If you can’t meet the challenge with love, you haven’t learned your lesson. We came here to keep the Gates open in pure Love! We came to bring through the ones we marry and bear. You promised God to take all blame and you can’t flop! Love is like the tides, rolling into the shore in rhythm. The eternal stability of the tides is a sign of eternity, one beauty after another, waves of love rolling in throughout eternity. A man can build up a mountain of resentment. Men have the ability to throw off the past. Women have the ability to lift it. Men must fulfill three roles – son, lover and husband. Whenever you tear something down, it raises dust. What people "get" is the tone in your voice, the ugly quality. Every word has Tone and Color. If one has any cloud in the subconscious mind, it creates a cutting tone of voice. It may be extra tender and loving, or dictatorial, authoritative and demanding. We are unconscious of what lies in the subconscious, but it must come out. Let your tone of voice bear the quality of the love in your heart. Beauty will come out of the dead past, and nothing will be left when it is all turned up in love, if you think enough of the Love of God. Come up with no holdouts. Come up clean. You can’t get anything out of anyone’s heart until the root is out. Now the root is out. You are leaving the space of just dreams. Your dreams are now visions. Lift everything of the past. Lift harder. Move up into the place where the soul flights will become seeing and hearing rather than in the subsoul dream life. Bring everything of the past, present and future up higher, and it will be given to you, otherwise it would be just to keep lifting. Go over everything of the past. Stop using weakness as an excuse to hide. If you get tired, go to bed. Rest up. When you say "I am weak," it hasn’t any vitality or life. Stand up and say, "I am healed. I am strong." Stop being half and half. Work for perfection! Do not be left at the starting post. Think of the woman who has to go out and work as a scrub woman. If you have an income, you are cared for. You had better grow up. Stop comparing yourself with how you were yesterday. Say "How great I am because . . . " One gives the subconscious a reason to linger and dawdle. Compare yourself with what you have to become. When you haven’t done anything yet, think of where you are going. The keynote of failure is self-complacency. Express more gratitude!
The layers of an onion peel off until a squiggly nothing is left. This "shriveling" metaphor is the wrong one for teaching about the spheres of the universe. The paradoxical and real meaning of an onion is peeling off the layers of the subsoul. When you clean out each room, the past walks though the cleansed rooms of the heart with light footsteps, leaving no marks. When you get an idea, you may have just touched an idea floating around, but may not yourself get the correct interpretation. Just make the statement that you have come across something, then ask if the others have come across it too. Leave your window open. This year you are going to see with clear eyes the instant you make a false challenge. Any mistake that gives credit to the self becomes a challenge for Light to set fire to it so the world can see it. Walk softly, speak gently and ponder. |
